K's job was setting the table. She also helped stir the mashed potatoes and rolled the dough (a little bit) for the pie crust.
Beautiful daughter just before becoming a big sister. I'm imprinting this in my memory.
The green bean casserole (Ann's family recipe with bacon, green onions, sour cream, and crumbled parmesan and crackers) proved to be a big hit- again- with K. She continued to eat leftovers for days. I found a winner!
