Actually, we didn't take her with us to tea. We haven't been to the Empress since that time with you and Bethany in 2001, but we discovered another great little tea room called Mela's Tearoom inside an art gallery called the Winchester Galleries.
Well, not the Empress tea room, but we went to the Tiger Lounge at the Empress- great if you like a really good bar plus buffet of Indian food, all in the environment of a old boy's club in an Imperial British colony.
