K comida

Last night we ate dinner at the local Mexican restaurant, a more-upscale place with indoor and outdoor seating, nice lighting, wood tables and chairs, a working tortilla-making machine on display, "premium" tequila-based drinks and all that. (I.e., more upscale compared to the typical places or burrito/taco stands that serve up lots of sabrosa comida)

We'd been there a few times over the last months with Klara, who always squirmed and fussed and wanted out to play, causing us to rush through dinner and to take turns walking outside with her.

This dinner out was different, perhaps for the first time. Klara wanted to sit in the high-chair and eat, and she did so throughout the meal. I don't know if it was a turning point, but it was a nice occasion!
